Bageled NYC is a lean, mean two-man crew made up of Michael Foronda and Sam Burns. Michael comes from the design and advertising world, including leadership positions at Paramount and Spike TV. Sam played tennis at Davidson College before moving to NYC and getting into software engineering.
We met as board members of the Fort Greene Tennis Association at Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn, NY and came up with the concept for Bageled NYC over beers at the local bar. Since then, we’ve built the brand from scratch, doing all of the illustration, design, and social media content ourselves. And we’ve got more planned for the future!
